airport base station and airport extreme base station PowerPLUG

hi,

i just bought a second hand airport base station but w/o the power plug.

question, is the airport extreme base station powerplug the same as the powerplug of the airport extreme base station? anybody selling?

Don't use a generic PowerSupply, do not take a chance. Just look for one on eBay and have it shipped to you.

Found out from a little googling...

Old ABS units are 12VDC ; new AEBS are 5.1 VDC, so they are very different.

Powersupply needed is a 12VDC 1.25 Amp (15 wtts.) w/centre 'positive' (+).

If you get the polarity reversed you will fry the ABS !!:sick:
