promo packages are very attractive. but, i just have one gripe about this. the listed resellers (except for ynzal) of the starter packs don't even know what airborne access is.

The thing is, the Horizon packs were shipped to the resellers as soon as they were delivered by the packaging company, so we were giving each reseller a brief background of AA on the fly. This was during the first 1-2 weeks.Originally posted by hannibal

We have since given them the proper advise on what the product is for.

Correction, though. The pricing is not a promo deal. It'll be the standard pricing from now on. Of course each reseller can do their own selling strategy, just like what Ynzal did for its own customers.

mike thanks for the update! great news they're now informed. it's kinda embarassing on my part whenever i ask for an airborne access starter plan and the resellers go, "HUH??"
now, i know they know...

Hello, I'm currently subscribed to your 12-mo plan, I can avail of the RELOAD without having to start with the STARTER plan right?
