What is the rule of thumb regarding uninstalling programs? Just drag it to the trash bin and voila ?
I did that with norton and I still have 2 icons of Norton inside the preference menu... any thoughts on this? Thanks!

In the desktop go to File>Find (search for Norton, set visibility to visible and invisible items. In the pop-up menu delete all files you think are related to Norton
