some how-to's?

hi! i have been a philmugger for more than a year but i haven't been able to figure these out yet:

1. how do I post a link here so that it will really be a link you can click on (text in blue) instead of the entire address appearing as www.something-something?

2. how do I post a picture here so that it will appear on the message window instead of appearing as a link that still has to be donwloaded?

Take a look at the control panel that appears when you hit Reply (not Quick Reply, mind you). The "globe" icon is the button you'll need to use if you want to insert a clickable link, and the icon with the monitor/painter's palette is where to insert image links. Or you can just attach the file to the reply, and if it's a small enough image, it should appear inline.

sheesh! and all this time i've been manually using the bb code to insert links & images to my posts. silly me.

hi. :blush: i tried using the button with the monitor/image palette to paste an image but inline it appeared as an actual text command: http://Macintosh HD:maryannemoll etc etc. what did i do wrong? thanks. :blush::blush:
