Paris Expo Keynote
(I'm not really sure if this is the right place for this thread, but I just havta ask...)
Given that most of us are waiting for what Steve Jobs is going to pull out of his hat tomorrow, does anybody know a site that'll carry the live webcast?
(I reckon its bound to be Quicktime at Apple.com, but I just wanna make sure, so's I don't miss it...)
Also, since it's slotted to be at Aug. 31, 10:00 AM, Paris time, I'm figuring that that'll be tomorrow, at 4PM, Philippine time? (My knowledge of time zones is a bit rusty, so someone please correct me. :wound
Sorry, I'm todo excited; obvious ba?
Thanks.

Yeah, it's 4pm tommorow. There is no news of a live webcast though, so there will probably be none. The rumor sites might be having live reports but if you want to watch video, you'll probably have to wait for the delayed webcast.

4PM Tomorrow?? Hmm it's gonna be a hard choice between my Philosophy class or live updates from the Keynote...

Unfortunately Jobs will not unveil anything since he won't be doing the keynote.

According to AppleInsider: "An unconfirmed report claims that Apple CEO Steve Jobs will make an appearance at the conference via video."

During the last WWDC, The Mac Observer's coverage was the most reliable. We'll be able to access TMO's Paris Expo Keynote live coverage at this page. :-)

From the latest MacObserver entry:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[6:59 PM] As of this writing, Apple has had the WiFi network that we scouted out in the Apple Expo building turned off. That means that we aren't going to have live coverage of the keynote, but we will be the first to post Apple's announcements, including pics and a movie as soon as we can get it posted.
We will be posting the news as soon as it happens, and we will post very short blurbs here for those looking for them.

Jino, seems like everything's a-okay now. :-)
Here's the latest post:
"[3:01 AM] The keynote has begun. There are more than 7,000 people attending the event."
