Hi ... I thought it would be appropriate to introduce myself ...
I'm a professional photographer living in LA. I've been using Apple products since the introduction of the Apple II (yeah yeah ... old guy). However, moved to Intel products during the 90s. Got back to using Mac since thats what my office uses - and I'm glad I'm back! Love the design, love the OS(X)! AND to top it all off - I found PhilMUG!!! Now I can talk about my two loves - the Mac and the Philippines!

Hey eightyn99, welcome back to the Mac and welcome to Philmug! I too was weaned on an Apple II but stayed loyal to Apple to this day.
You're in good company since a lot of 'Muggers are photographers like yourself.

Welcome to Philmug eightyn99! Cool, albeit freaky, avatar!
The iPod takes on an almost Monolithic-2001 Space Oddysey feel.
This forum, for me, has been a wealth of info how to make the most of my Apple stuff and all related passions that go with them. Enjoy!

Not THAT old ...
The latin is an old saying by a famous captain ... roughly translated it means "To Boldly Go Where No Man Has Gone Before"
