Ipod photo hanging
I have now been using my 60 gb ipod photo since getting it for Christmas and wanted to report that I have had the ipod hang on me twice today. Both times, I was viewing photos and using the double arrow to view the next picture. I was not using the slideshow but just viewing each photo and clicking the double arrow right to go to the next photo. I noticed that if you click to the next photo at a fairly fast clip, the ipod starts to hang. I don't think that the hard disk is fast enough to handle the viewing of photos this way. Otherwise, the ipod works pretty nicely. I've actually connected the ipod to my tv and used the slideshow feature and it works great. Am just disappointed that when I want to view pictures one by one and just use the arrow keys to move between pictures, it hangs. I've had to reset my ipod twice today. I don't think that it is a matter of the number of pictures, I only have 1900 pictures in my ipod and was viewing an album on each occasion. No problems when using the wheel to scroll between pictures when it is in sort of the contact print mode, but when you have a full screen view and start using those two skip or next buttons fast, it hangs.
Does anyone have similar experiences?

I've had my 40GB iPod Photo since the 2nd week of December and I can say that I have had to restart it only once. I did notice however that scrolling through my photos it is sometimes sluggish or slow. Maybe all it needs is an update.
Apple! Where is that update!

I have the 60gb model with 2400 pics including the hi-res versions stored in it. I also have about 4700 songs too. Out of curiosity, I tried to make it hang while viewing the pics using the buttons but so far it neither displays any sluggishness or any signs of hanging... is that luck or what?:P I'm pretty happy with it.
