How to sync iCal in one Ti book to another Mac

Hi Folks,

Just wondering how to do this...title says it all. Been trying syncing my ipod with my Ti book then syncing with my desktop but nothing seems to chenge on my desk top...I'm oviously doing something wrong! Need to do this quick as i am disposing of the laptop and all my scheds are on it!
