how to disable "top sites"

just got my new macbook and i'm ecstatic! one question though --

how do you disable TOPSITES? i dont want people to see the top sites that i visit open(for protection)

also, there's a new software update and i'm downloading it now, but its 2.5gb and it shows that its gonna take 28 HOURS??? does it really take that long ?

you may try this

under safari>preferences>general>new tabs open with: (drop down and click any except top sites)

on your other question, it depends on the speed download of your internet provider

Does everyone share a single user thru a single computer? Why not give every user their own account for privacy. Just my 2 cents.

Edit: And one more thing, if you gonna give other users their account, be sure that you're the only one who has the ADMIN privileges.
