    Default HELP! where are my documents?

    i need help... i think i dumped my documents folder permanently while i was tweaking my desktop and organizing my folders. i tried to drag and drop the entire folder into my desktop but when i checked my desktop it wasn't there. tried to locate it in the trash but it's not there either. did i really delete it for good? please help... thanks!

    From the Finder, do a "Find" and look for any file whose filename you know.
