Circuit Switch for Video Streaming
Hi guys,
I've hit a dead end. I was wondering if you experts know what telco companies (all around the world) use a circuit switch for their 3G video streaming services. I'd appreciate any leads.
Thanks!

It seems to me that the very nature of 3G is not circuit switched protocol but packet switched. The term circuit switch generally refers to a phone call where a one to one link is created between the two parties in the call.
Packet switched generally refers to a stream of packets of data from various sources (callers) going to various sources.
I used to work for one of the mobile operators.

CS connections also are a thing of the old WAP days when you had to initiate a call to the operator's WAP gateway, before GPRS came about. The 7110 of Nokia was one of the first phones that did this if I'm not correct. Came out in around the late nineties or year 2000 or so.
