About LinkBacksAfter upgrading to Tiger, my cousin's TiBook 867 could not connect to the internet via internal modem. Keeps getting this error "could not open the communication device". 10.4.1 did not solved the problem. Under 10.3.x and 9.2.2, internal modem is ok. Is this really a problem with the Tiger?

any advise with this bug tiger users?
im on emac and planning to upgrade. but what i am concern of is that im also using a dial up modem line.
