tiger family pack question?

I was wondering if anybody knows how this family pack works or is it even available locally?

this was in a press release of tiger -
"Apple also will sell a "family pack" version of the software, for $199, that serves up to five Mac computers in a single residence"

if there's 4 units of macs in the house can i buy this family pack so i dont have to pay for individual unit?
