Stickies anyone?

I like the using the stickies but I can't seem to use the new stickies that come with the OS X. I can open the program but when I go to File to Make New Note, no note is made. So I have to use the stickies of the OS 9. Everytime I open this the computer has to convert to the OS 9.

Is there something I have to do in order for the new Stickies to be preferred over the old?

I don't have any problem with mine. I use OS X 10.3.3 and ever since I upgraded to Panther, it has been working well. Looks like it is an isolated one. Anybody else with the same problem? Otherwise, I don't think there is anything Master Henjie can't solve :beer:
