Has anyone used psync (http://www.bombich.com/mactips/image.html) to back-up?

Tried it once. It's a cool little Perl script that does the backup, but I've grown quite fond of Lacie's free Silverkeeper.

Have you tried restoring from the back-up using Lacie's (is it bootable upon restoration)?

Was using Norton Ghost before and it does the job pretty good.. I'm still using it on my PCs but it does not support MAC.. I haven't tried removing my hard disk physically and connecting it to my Desktop PC to clone the hard disk, since I'm just worried that I might void the warranty.
