Pesky permissions repair

Just a question about items that pop-up whenever I repair permissions..

Why do the following items keep appearing during permissions repair and how do I permanently resolve these so as not to appear anymore in future repairs:

1. /Library/ColorSync/Profiles
2. /System/Library/Filesystems
3. /private/var/at/jobs
4. /private/var/at/spool

Or should I just disregard these altogether? Thanks!

Are you still on Panther? Upgrade to Tiger and the problem will go away. Kidding! ;-)

I used to experience the same thing when I was still using OS X 10.3.9. Hinayaan ko na lang. Doesn't seem to have an adverse effect on the system anyway.
