Any users here who deal with Powerpoint? I am going to be a contributor to our church projects and the peers requested me to do an animation style via powerpoint. I've used powerpoint before so i have an idea of what they need.
What I want to know is how to create gif files or animations to incorporate into te slides. Imagine the Lizzie McGuire cartoon girl moving and talking at the TV show and then incorporate it during a powerpoint presentation.
Also, are there freeware sites where I can download animations? Like waterfalls or video clip types to be used as a background for Powerpoint?

Just do a google search of "free animated gifs" and you should get lots of sites to download from. Or free clip arts.
