About LinkBackshi guys. i need some help on reformatting my friends macbook. she forgot the admin password she entered on her macbook 2.4ghz macbook. so she plans on reformating her macbook instead. i have two questions:
1. is there anything she can do on how to recover her forgotten password for the administrator?
2. can she reformat the macbook using her install dvds without her password? if yes, can you show the process on how to reformat a macbook?
