Help!: Keychain problem

i have not encountered this problem before and i do not know exactly why i am having this kind of trouble. lately, it seems that my keychain access has been "unstable" asking my login password everytime i launch safari. i tried resetting my keychains to the default settings. i also tried removing and modifying existing keychains to no avail. i even tried repairing and verifying disk permissions hoping that this would help.

please advise what i should do. i am not really that familiar with keychain's functionality and would really appreciate any help. interestingly, i only experience this problem whenever i connect to the internet using the dial-up modem and a prepaid card account. i have attached some screenshots:

Happens to me now too. Everytime I launch my Freehand MX, it looks for my keychain password. Never happened before...

the "login" keychain is the default keychain where all your passwords go. Keychain gets... I'm not sure if "corrupted" is the right word, every now and then... anyway, a quick zap from Apple Keychain firstaid should do the trick. Just repair it.
