File recovery

I have very sad news. My nephew has deleted a lot of my user folders. Is there an app that can reclaim it? I'm not angry at my nephew who is 8. He reasoned he needed space for games.

Norton Utilities seems to be what you need. But I've been hearing of a lot of negative comments about Norton for OS X these days.

Try Versiontracker.com and search for undelete or unerase utilities.

Thanks! I was able to find this app called Data Rescue X and it appears to be wha I need. Anyone have experience with it?
