    Default dam flash won\'t work!

    i have reinstalled ie, shockwave and even flash. it still won't work. gives me this error. hope you can help me out mga buds! i need this to work for my presentations. keeps giving me this error, see attachment. thanks in advance!

    Flash MX or the Flash Player browser plugin? You need the plugin to view Flash content on your browser.

    You tried using IE to directly open your revised.swf file didn't you? As you can see, you can't do that, even with Safari. That only works on PCs. What you need to do is make an html file with the proper embed tags so that IE will know what to do with the .swf file.

    Or simply, in Flash > Publish settings, make sure the publish HTML option is ticked. Then click on publish. You should find a file named revised.html in your documents folder (or wherever you set) which you can open in IE. Hope this helps.

    thanks for your replies, but it used to work when i would open it on my ie.all of a sudden it doesn't work?

    try going to the macromedia site and download the free flash player for your browser.

    i've done that and downloaded both flash and macromedia even ie. reinstalled all softwares but still doesn't work
