Where did you get it and for how much?

It's a sample from one of my brother's (charlie) suppliers in Japan, not yet available locally.

i've had one these for over a year. got it in HK, i forget for how much. nice and small, but i still prefer the regular brick. the only problem i have with the after-market adaptor is that i sometimes have a hard time keeping the swing-out plug in place. i don't know if this version 2.0 works better.

BTW, does anyone know where I can get replacement parts for one of those small rubber posts that's located at the bottom of the iBook?

@Games is located 2/F Virramall, Molave Lane. Big green and orange sign. You can't miss it.

    Hope this helps
Thanks danieldy! Will check it out this weekend.

Yes, I seem to have lost one rubber feet/post (whatever it is called) of my iBook, too:wound: I have asked Portia of Ynzal if they have these on stock and she told me that it is available and that they are selling it - a set of 3 for P650. Its quite pricey:dry: And should I decide to buy a set, I'd have to wait for 7-10 days as they would still have to order these from Singapore.

I'm currently using the 3M Bumpon sticker as its replacement. It works well, though; but it would be nicer if I can grab hold of the original ones.

If anyone knows how to get one of these genuine rubber feet at a cheaper price tag, kindly holler:roll:

    Thanks!

I always bring these along :

I use it to charge my T630 and XDA 2 , makes travelling lighter since I don't have to carry both adaptors.

one thing I don't like about these type of chords is that the lock once extended seems to easily break after a short period of time.

A good number of us are using bumpons as well. I can name elbertc and penmanila as examples. It makes for a cheap, easily available and plentiful replacement. Comes in different shapes, sizes and colors, and costs less than a hundred pesos for a set of ten (or is it twelve) feet. Works good, too.

It took a lot for an obsessive purist like me to stick 'em onto the underside of my Powerbook. But we all gotta live in the now. Our 'books can never remain perfect for long.
