It finally happened. Someone with a prosthetics lab has made a real 'Thumb Drive.' It's a 128MB version that is going for $30 right now on eBay, but they promise larger sizes are to come.

okay yan, if you lose your real thumb, just ask a doctor to fit you with a female USB port. May left or right options ba yan?

I'd make the thumb go the other way and on the other side show the cross section of the metacarpal bone, the ligaments, muscles, arteries, veins ... , I wonder if it is 'authentic finger soft' ... yuck !!
