Are you satisfied na ba with the ibook and pbook's speakers? or do you also carry small external speakers?

I'm pretty sure this will work with any laptop, will it be ok din for iPod?

My boss came up to me kasi and was asking me where this could be bought here, if its available. Do you know where it might be bought?

    Thanks

Check out PowerMac at SM MegaMall. They have a whole bunch of IPod sound systems.

Dunno if they have a Sony though !! Altec Lansing, Monster and maybe a few others.

    Cheers

I believe these came out together with the SRS T57 speakers. I saw these two models and the USB-powered version of the SRS T33 in Singapore a couple of months back.

Locally, I saw the SRS T57 in Virra Mall (Ambassador Appliances). They might have the T33 also in stock.

I checked the specs and output is only 1 watt (I think) for the T57, and even less for the T33. I could be wrong, but I don't think they're a heck of a lot better than the speakers that are built into the PowerBook.

After walking in and out of Apple Center about eight gazillion times this iLife weekend, I'm pretty familiar with most of their stock ... they have an interesting product called the Monster flat-panel portable speakers, and it's roughly the same shape and size as a double-CD jewel case.

I found a review of it on the net, and even better, it's compared to the Sony SRS-T55 - however the author can't seem to express a definite preference for one over the other. Check it out here.

If I were the one currently looking for iPod external speakers, I'd also consider the iPal.
