Anybody know if you can pair one bluetooth handsfree with 2 phones at the same time?
I'm using 2 phones now, and really want to avoid having two handsfree kits plugged in while driving.

it depends, what BT handsfree do you use? i have a Nextlink BT Bluespoon Chameleon handsfree - you can have the option to pair 3 devices. Most SE BT handsfree can only pair one device.
don't have one yet. will start shopping around. saw a generic looking one in the computer section in Shang.
thanks for the heads-up. i'll check the nextlink.

btw, the BS headsets are manufactured in Cebu
Hi IVINCHY!:
How have your experiences been w/ the Nextlink Blue Spoon BT Headset? Is it sturdy & durable? How's the after-sales support? Where can you buy it in Manila?
While I find the SE BT headphones more aesthically appealing, am open to getting the Blue Spoon as I was extremely disappointed w/ the SE HBH-30 & HBH-60 that I got.
When I brought the HBH-30 to SESS in Legaspi Village for repair after only two months of use, they said that its warranty had been voided because of an "opening" they found in the unit, w/c meant, according to them, that it had been tampered w/. Heck, at the time, I shelled out almost P10k for it, why the hell would I have messed around w/ it?!
Still not having learned my lesson & frustrated w/ my SESS experience, bought an HBH-60 through a client who happened to be in Singapore during the Great Sale season. Thought then it was a good deal 'coz the price was P2k less than if it had been bought over here.
Guess what? Conked out after only 4 months' use. Brought it to Smartnet for repair. Unfortunately, since Sony Ericsson doesn't want to provide them w/ the schematic diagram, they couldn't open the unit to find out what's really wrong w/ it.
Ergo, I'm stuck w/ two expensive paperweights here in the office! Haaayyy!![]()
Ooh, "military technology for private users". Where I do they sell these?

So far, so good... my BSC works well. Here are pros & cons;
Pros
1. Pairing the headset - have not encountered any problems on pairing. Paired and used the headset on a Ericsson R520, SE T68i, T610, P800, P900. (can be paired up to 3 phones)
2. BT distance is average (im not into numbers though).
3. Adjustable volume on the headset, Leds - Red led, indicator for low batt, charging. Blue led, indicator for paired or in use, voice recognition. Btw, when pairing the both leds go on and off like police warning lights
4. Speaker quality is good since the speaker is plugged in your earbuds.
5. Battery life - duration of batt is long, i always use it for an hour (talk time) and you still can use it
6. Spare cover (maroon), Lanyard, Spare spring, Charger for both outlet (US, UK & Asia compatible) and USB (for pc).
Cons
1. Placing the headset on your ear. you need to learn the trick and practice it.
2. Size - too small you can easily lose it.
3. Feedback - i sometimes encounter feedback when the unit is close to the phone.
4. Price - unit is not cheap
Btw, the BS digital has noise cancellation (very sensitive according to my friend).
whew, long post..![]()
