iCal, Address Book and Palm Desktop 4.2.1 Synced
Aside from syncing with my handheld, is it possible to have iCal and Address Book synced with Palm Desktop 4.2.1 (OS 10.3.4) when I do a HotSync?
If its not possible, how do I disable iSync and have my handheld sync with Palm Desktop instead of iCal and Address Book? I disabled iSync from the conduit settings but my Palm Desktop was not updated. Do I need to remove the device from iSync to make it work with Palm Desktop?
TIA
PS. Does anyone know a FREE way to sync OS X's Stickies with my Palm's Memo Application?(actually just any app that I can edit my memos aside from Palm Desktop.

just go to Hotsync Manager>Hotsync>Conduit Settings, then click on iSync Conduit. On the upper right hand, click on the window which shows Conduit Settings, then uncheck "Enable iSync for this Palm device".
TIA

Did you restore your original Palm Address, Datebook, and ToDo conduits? They should be in /Library/Application Support/Palm Hotsync/Disabled Conduits. Just move them back to /Library/Application Support/Palm Hotsync/Conduits and make sure they're enabled in Hotsync Manager -> Hotsync -> Conduit Settings.

With the help of jobm and pat, I got Palm Desktop to sync with iCal and Address Book. Now I know I have a backup if in case any of these program's data files mess up.
Anyways, Palm Desktop feels so awkward and clunky compared to iCal and Address Book (well at least now I can manage my memos).
