    Default External HDD enclosure problem

I got a MobileDisk USB2.0 enclosure yesterday, and tried it on an old 20GB drive here. After setting the jumpers, everthing was ok as the powerbook mounted it without problems.

Then I realized it was NTFS (read only), so I went to plug it in my bay in the PC, where I proceded to just redo the whole partitioning and formatting. But for some reason, it would mount here in the PB... moreso even diskutility can't see it.

But whenever I plug it in the PC, there are no problems.

Any suggestion of a process I should follow so I can get a FAT32 setup so I can use it both in PC and MAC.

I heard about the horror stories and arguments about FW and USB2, but too late for that, and it DID work when it was still NTFS.

    Any ideas?
