what's your ipod and why did u buy it?

im doing a research paper and i just wanted to ask you guys what ipods you own, your age and job, and the reason for buying that kind of ipod.

well, to start off,

im 20 years old.. a senior college student
i own a 4G 40 gig ipod and a black 4gig nano..
i bought the 40 gig ipod because of its capaciity and the nano because of how cute and handy it is, its design and features, and its black.

iPod 5th gen 30 gb, ipod photo 40gb, ipon nano 2gb, and ipod shuffle 512 mb, i'm 23 and an assistant manager/ freelance graphics designer.

Originally, I bought the ipod because I love listening to music wherever I go but i hate having to listen to them from my phone. also, I needed a place for backup-ing my files.

I bought each of the ipods for my dad, sister, and bro (My mom never got around to it. she prefers a radio.). Of course, the 5th gen's with me hehehe.

although it's with my other family members, they're still mine hehe.

I'm 27. I'm associate editor for a textbook publishing company. I own a 30 gb black iPod video. Two weeks old. I love music that's why i bought an iPod. (This is my third by the way.) Music keeps me company in the gym, in my long walks. I love being alone most of the time so my iPod is my constant companion. It's much better now that it has video. I never run out of things to do. I don't get bored.

28, businessman/freelance events and marketing practitioner/masteral student. 4th gen 40 gig monochrome, for portable music capabilites and backup of my files. though i now normally use it more for work to keep me company while ingress/egress also on trips since i got an external HD. hope this helps

36, sales manager of an fmcg company. got it as a birthday present from my wife. portable music is the main reason why i love the ipod. you can use it in the car, at home, everywhere! the first apple toy i got, then got a 12inch iBook after 2 months hehe
