What does this exactly mean?
It means I can now directly load all my avi, divx, mpeg and other movies files into my iphone WITHOUT having to convert them mp4!! My entire collection of anime, movies and tv series can now be directly played on my iphone! This is the day i have been waiting for!!!
Too bad i only have 8 gig to work with, but hey, thats around 50+ episodes of Naruto Shippuden already, so I aint complaining

Re: VLC now available for iphone!!! That's a great port of VLC app! Once they get DivX and Xvid working then I'd put this in my iPhone. I hope this one gets into the App Store. I hope they support subtitles. Hehe. The reason I don't watch much of my favorite videos in the iPhone is it takes a long time to re-encode videos with hard subtitles of "still unlicensed" subbed animes.

Re: VLC now available for iphone!!! It is exactly what you mean. You can drag and drop almost any video file via SSH into your iPhone and play it with VLC. This is what I have been waiting for.
