virginized to 1.0.2 but cannot activate

hi guys,

i virginized my iphone to 1.0.2 (it was already at 1.0.2, just made it a virgin) and then i tried using independance to activate it, but it gets about 20 seconds into jailbreaking and then crashes, and then i need to restore back to 1.0.2 again because its stopped half way in the process and the silver apple is just stuck...

anyone have any tips? or a link to a good in depth turtorial on how to active this thing? i used the ones from modmyiphone.com and i have to say they are not written well and leave a lot of stuff out..

any help would be great!!

But i can't even get into the phone because it says it needs to be activated.... So i have to do this through a computer. I have both os x and xp to use. Any ideas? Anyone done this? Any help would be much appreciated.

i can't install anything because its not activated... and i can;t jailbreak it without it being activated???
