About LinkBackshey mods, first off sorry if this duplicates an older thread... i swear i read that thread here before but i can't find via search nor manually going thru all the first 7 pages of the iPhone section...
anyways, i have 46 apps.. and i am pretty darn sure that is what slows down my syncing (which includes backing up) to my mbpro... as in about an hour!
so i googled around and found some tips...
just to share for those who are in a similar boat

Re: Too Many Apps? iPhone sync too slow? Here's a fix I always use the first option, clicking x when the backup process has begun. However, I let itunes back up my phone once in a while.

Re: Too Many Apps? iPhone sync too slow? Here's a fix yep me too... always clicking x for just syncing apps... i hate it when its syncs it always backup the whole files... i wish there is an option on what items to back up or a pop up box when you want to back it up..
