SMART - SMS info

Has anyone received an SMS coming from SMART - that are garbled (Unreadable)

I noticed that this happens - when an SMS comes not from a NUMBER (just "SMART")

Is there a way to have this readable?

My wife actually opted not to have her iphone (which I eventually SOLD he he he) due to this and the "then" SMS want to haves (forwading, multi sending)

If this can be solved daw - she'd like to have one na daw (uli)

Hindi ko tuloy malaman kung matutuwa ako sa isasagot nyo - kas pag this can be solved
dagdag gastos na naman ako ha ha ha

OO nga. Nabasa nya na yung thread that discusses that this can be resolved via the upgrade of firmware. Antayin ko na lang mangulit ha ha ha
