hmmm.. i got an OAD Brand and it fits perfectly. If it doesn't fit.. it's useless. Better to return it.

I think we have the same problem. My pivot silicone case partly blocks the earphone socket on my ipod video. Didn't have time to return it so I'm just dealing. Good luck dude.

i was wondering what you initially meant by "fit"...since my case that i got (OAD) fit's pretty well, the top isn't as snug/tight as i hoped it's be, but since the screen is big there's little space left for gripping the front/sides of the screen, but i haven't got any complaint's...it does it's job good enough, although the "evo3" skin i saw a few days back on ilounge is what i'm really wating for...

no real problems with the current one...the plugs fit perfectly top and bottom..if i were you go and get the one digital walker sells, you can always test out several pieces and see what fits best.
