    Default Shuffle\'s got a secret

Check-out the interesting article written by Bill Machrone for PCMag:

It looks like Apple has some breakthrough technology for iPods that they have incorporated in the Shuffle.

For those who own both "regular" iPods and Shuffle, do you notice a difference in over-all sound quality?

it's good to know that we didn't buy just some miniaturized and therefore compromised version of the ipod. having owned an ipod mini (which i sold to get the 1 gig shuffle), i did have the subjective impression that my shuffle sounded better, but not being an audiophile, i just put that down to justifying my switch. now i know why. can't wait to get my e3c earphones and my shuffle clip--life will be sweeter then

I myself did notice the difference in the low frequencies for the shuffle and my other pods... I noticed I use the shuffle even more nowadays than its bigger brethren...
