There are so many models of Senn earphones. I suggest being specific in your posts.

IMHO, the PX-100 is best buy.

Imho, either the MX-500 (or MX-550) for earphones and the PX-200 for headphones are great deals. The PX-100 is also ok but I prefer the PX-200 for its sound isolation qualities (nobody around you will know you're listening at maximum firepower) and great overall oomph (as long as you get a good seal around the ears). I think I got my PX-200 for around 2500-3500 (don't really remember it now) in Tower Records Glorietta. The MX earphones will go for around 500-800 maybe (my brother got his at Automatic Center Glorietta).

i just edited the title to fix the spelling--to make it easier for people who conduct a search for "sennheiser" to locate this thread.

Sennheiser has its own display cabinet at the SM Appliance Store Basement of SM North Edsa. My earphone is mx450. The sound quality is good (good bass). However, make sure that your music is of good sound quality because Sennheiser ear/head phones could highlight the poor qualities of your music.

The Senn MX400 is a good cheap earphone that is even better sounding than the stock iPod ones. The new Model, the MX450, is now available for about P700 in Music1 and other music and appliance stores. I prefer the MX400 and MX450 over the higher cost MX500 and MX550 models because I find the addition of a volume control to be a potential source of sound degradation.
