About LinkBacksHi. I won a Tunecard in the 2008 Philmug Christmas Party. I used it to download an album in iTunes last December 31. I did not finish the download in our mac at home. Now I'm trying to download the rest of the songs in my Toshiba laptop here at the office. Problem is, I can't login to iTunes. There's a prompt saying "Cannot connect to iTunes store" but I'm connected to the internet (100% sure). What seems to be the problem?

Re: Question on iTunes account It means that you are not "yet" connected to the internet.. Sometimes, it happens to me, I can surf and browse sites online but when I go to the Itunes store, I can't log in.. I suggest you either wait for a couple of minutes or restart itunes or the pc..

One possibility also is that your IT blocked the iTunes Store site. Try to continue the download at-home.

I did not receive the email notice for the username and password until now.
I emailed Joe until now there was no response.

i still can't access the itunes store at work! i will contact our IT dept..
