I could have very well posted a similar photo as I am currently in Manila on my iPhone using my AT&T sim with roaming capabilities.

oh? and why is there no announcements whatsoever at the globe telecom site...even my kumpadre at globe says he haven't heard anything as of yet...and he's vp for marketing and sales...hmmm
