Definitely something to think about. Hopefully it wont be too expensive when it gets here. Music 1 is selling the iDJ for about 20K. On the other hand, I saw in another forum that the Behringer BCD2000 is here already and selling for 11K to 13K.

The IDJ2 is rumored to be somewhere around $600 ...eek...i think i'd prefer an old CDJ anytime.
but that's just me...

i think below 30k would be good for me. Great for playing around. Its portable so you can bring it around and your source is your pod. I was used to bringing around 2 cdj-500s and a djm-500 plus a whole box just for cds. not exactly portable.

I'm considering buying one. This is the one product I've been waiting for. I just need a test drive before I actually plunk the moolah for it.

I saw something similar in Park Square a couple of weeks ago. Can't remember the name of the store (the one opposite Odyssey Records I think) nor the product but it had two (2) slots for iPods. This'll probably allow you to mix songs from different playlists. Also, scratchpad available.
