    Question my ipod suddenly turn into sad face

    what happened? i just turned on my ipod after charging then songs not playing properly (song jumps) and tried connecting it to a PC to atleast reformat it because the jumping of song's happening all the time and it didnt respont it just made my computer slow down. i tried pressing the reset buttons and nothing happend it just gave me a sad face. what seems to be the problem? somebody help me.
