About LinkBacksWhen I accidentally upgraded my itunes to 7.5 I used appdelete to erase itunes so I can install the previous version. When I tried to empty the trash the itunes helper couldn't be permanently erased. I don't know where to put it back now. When I connect my iphone to itunes, it doesn't automatically open itunes anymore. Do you guys know where the original location of the itunes helper?

/Applications/iTunes.app/Contents/Resources/iTunesHelper.app/Contents/MacOS/iTunesHelper
If you force quit iTunes Helper, it will only run the next time you restart.

Re: location of itunes helper Can't seem to find the directory you mentioned. Since my itunes helper is not on its proper location, it doesn't run anymore even after a restart.

Re: location of itunes helper control-click on iTunes.app then select Show Package Contents.. navigate thru the folders and you should eventually find it
