If it's under warranty, yes. If not. I suggest you get a new one. The repairs would probably cost just as much as a new one.

You might find it worthwhile to have the LCD replaced. There are companies selling replacement LCDs for various iPod models, like iPodResQ and iPodMods. You can also do a search for "ipod lcd" on eBay.
