It's what Steve Jobs played in the WWDC! Thanks, Arel, I was looking for this. I saw a similar promotional video for Shake, Motion and DVD Studio Pro at CommunicAsia. The same song was used. Obviously, Motion was used extensively on this video.
The song is Walkie Talkie Man by Stereogram from the album Schmack. Just freeze the video and you'll see it in the iPod display.
EDIT: I correct myself. The correct spelling of the group is Steriogram.
