    Default Ipod Video Viewing problems....

I recently bought a new ipod video, and i have opened it a few days ago, but i haven't used it until yesterday. I connected my ipod to my itunes, and transferred my music and videos. I noticed that my ipod hangs every how many seconds while viewing videos, and after it loads up again after it hangs, it will only play the video but w/o the sound, and if you click on the menu button to go back to the videos menu, and click the video you are watching, it will again continue where you left of, again with sounds, but after a few seconds, it happens again. Does anyone encountered the same problem??? What should i do about it.??/!!!

    Thanks!

is it the 60 gig ipod with video? i've heard some people have problems with the 60gigger after they perform the latest update apple had. reverting to the previous update usually solves the problem...

    hope this helps.

they wont service your 60gb ipod video because its just minor problem which could be fixed by installing back the old firmware
