It only takes 3-5 days to get one from www.seskimo.com in the UK. Paolo can, of course, buy a "more stable" stand but it won't fit in his wallet. The BatRest is certainly stable enough to watch videos.

The iPod Touch DOES NOT come with its own stand. It comes with a dock adapter for use with the Apple Universal Dock.

How about something like this to match the stands of the iMac & Cinema Displays?

@kinse_44: From the shape of the dock adaptor, that picture is of the 1st Gen iPod Touch. I can tell since the indentation is rectangular. The 2nd Gen is more of an oval shape.

And as a 2nd Gen iPod Touch owner, I can definitively say that the current Gen does not come with a stand, although the 1st Gen may have come with one.

EDIT: iLounge's review of the 2nd Gen iPod Touch confirms what I've been saying: "Apple ... no longer includes the small plastic stand that held the original touch on a recline for video viewing.."
