ipod problem
Hi, just noticed something wrong with my ipod..
When i click the artists button on my ipod, and i click a certain artist, it goes directly to the album page that has songs from that album... doesn't it have to have gone to the page that has the --all > and (album name) > page??
This only happens when i have an artist in my itunes that has only one album, plus there are other songs with that same artist not in that album (the songs doesn't have any album info written on them).., So under that artist it has songs from that one album, and songs that doesn't have any album info written..
So what happens is that i don't get to see the songs that doesn't have an album name written...i only see songs from that one album...
When i click the songs page naman, and find the songs i can't see from that artist, i could find them...So it means that the songs not shown is copied to my ipod, it you can just not see it under artists...
Has anyone encountered any problem like this? What should i do?
Thanks!

Re: ipod problem
maybe update or format your ipod? after all, you have all your music in itunes anyways and can't lose them

Re: ipod problem
seems like a good general thread to post in..
it may be that my ipod is running low on space (2.7GIG pa naman though)
but I am more frequently getting this "Ipod cannot be read or written to." error message.
I can use it as a disk though. No problem there. But adding songs, videos, photos, nada.
What I do is just... ( a windows-learned habit ) you guessed it.. reformat.
Then resync.
But why does it do this?

Re: ipod problem
yes, suggest she brings it in (ASP can give her cost estimate for repair so she can decide what to do then). she may want to go thru this (if she hasn't done so).
