iPod Not Charging

Hi there. Can anyone help me with this?

My iPod refuses to charge. Regardless of whether i plug it into my wall socket, through the dock, or into my mac ibook, nothing works...it just wont charge.

Im taking it to an apple center but would anyone know why this is happening? All i can think of is that maybe it got damaged or shook up when it was in my bag and my bag fell to the ground from about 2 feet high.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Battery could be dead and might need to be replaced. How old is it?

Last night my not-so-little younger cousin called to say that she couldn't charge her iPod, about to cry. I told her to stay calm and try to charge it again. Tracing the source of her predicament, she forgot to plug the charger. (bright di ba?)

Seriously, you have to bring it to the legitimate service center to diagnosed the real problem. You're the one could only trace the caused of not charging your iPod. Have you try it to the other charger? Baka naman kase charger lang ang problema.Many times nabagsak yung iPod ko but still in good condition.

They're many iPod in the domestic market which are sub-standard. Consumesr should realize that some of these iPod may have been altered. That's why we should buy iPod to the authorized dealers.

yeah man i bought the ipod at least 2-3 years ago so im afraid also that its time has come and like all ipods, eventually you have to put them to rest. Im taking it to an apple center later this afternoon to have it checked, while keeping my fingers tightly crossed! Thanks man!

Miguel, the hard reset aint doing anything. In fact, there's even a quiet ticking sound that sounds off when i try the reset...oh well, lets see what happens.
