iPod car charger feedbacks?

I've been using the SiK imp charger/line-out connector. No problem with it!

how about generic usb car chargers that are used to charge pda's & other usb gadgets? can i use it for my iPod?

personally i use an APC Inverter for all my charging needs.

@maverick: how much and where did you get your inverter?

@maverick: just curious - what's the advantage of using an inverter, as opposed to directly plugging into the car's outlet?

if i may share my experiences with inverters. you can hook up any charger with the 2 prong socket. i charge my pb,cellphone while on the road with the inverter. when i get my ipod, i'll charge it through the stock dock. only flaw is that you will be bringing a lot of stuff with you to charge your equipment. though it beats buying different car chargers

Have been using an XtremeMac Premium iPod Car Charger since 2002 for our 10 GB iPod. It's been very reliable. No complaints whatsoever!
