iPhone web apps

Good day,

Ive been meaning to create web applications for the iPhone. I have a home server which I occasionally access. I would like to create simple webapps which looks like real iPhone webapps..

Problem is, im currently using a windows PC since my mac is still for service.

Does anybody know the exact dimensions, the files used etc to make it look like an iphone app?

I have the necessary skills to code I just dont know where to get the resources like the images etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
