iPhone sync with Macbook and pc

hi guys. my sitch is that i use a pc at work and a macbook at home. i regularly sync my treo with both. (though i don't have my iphone yet but eagerly waiting for it) my question is, will i be able to sync the iphone with my pc and macbook?
