iPhone stuck sim tray, what to do?

my officemate's iphone has a stuck sim tray, how can she remove her sim?

also the other one sim tray wont pop-out but have to pull it out, can this be fix?

Does it have an x-sim/stealthsim installed? It's possible that the sim was misaligned and forcefully pushed into the slot when the sim was initially put in.
